SOLAR ENERGY CALCULATOR
The Solar Calculator was developed in 2024 as part of the PV 4 All project.
The project was partially funded by the EU’s Interreg Baltic Sea Region programme.
Its goal was to promote the dissemination of impartial information about solar electricity.
The calculator is based on the “Aurinko-opas 2012” (Solar Guide 2012), commissioned by Sitra and the Ministry of the Environment.
It allows users to estimate solar electricity production for single-family homes.

HEATING CALCULATOR
The calculator allows you to compare the costs of different heating options for small houses.
The calculator can be used for both new and old houses. The calculator is only suitable for small houses: the calculator’s reference values correspond to small houses and the pre-filled values are typical values for new small houses.
